Frequently Asked Questions

  • What file formats can you print from?
We can print most Windows-based program formats. These include Microsoft Office files, PDF, JPG, PNG, and many more.
  • What type of files print the best quality?
For the best quality prints, we ask that you provide vector graphics for all prints. These include PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, CDR, DWG and DXF. These files are not guaranteed to be vector-based but most are. If you send an image file that is not vector-based it may become pixelated when enlarged and result in poor quality prints. We may even be unable to print them at all if they're too small.
  • How should I set up my files to print if they need to be cut?
If you are in need of a print that is not a full sheet (ie. 8.5x11 or 11x17) then you will need to include a .25" bleed all the way around your cut lines. If you do not include a bleed, you may be left with white space around the interior of the cuts.
  • Can I send you files to print?
Yes! You can upload files directly to our website to print using the "Upload A File" tab from the menu. The maximum upload file size is 250MB. Please provide instructions on how you want the file printed through the upload form.
  • Can you ship items to me if I am not in the area?
Yes! Whether you're going to be out of town or you just live too far away to make the drive, we can ship your items directly to you. Please note that payment must be made prior to processing and shipping charges will be added to the invoice total.
  • Do you honor tax exemption?
Yes! If you are part of a school, church, non-profit or government organization or any other tax exempt group you can bring us a copy of your tax exemption certificate. We will not be able to remove tax without a copy of this on file.
  • Can you help me with design, marketing, layouts or other services?"
Yes! We have designed countless flyers, postcards, invitations, programs, booklets, raffle tickets and more. We can help you design and lay them out if you are unsure what needs to be on them. There may be a fee for this service which is dependant on how much work needs to be done.
  • Can you cut, fold or perforate a print?"
Yes we can! Please keep in mind that the process of cutting, folding or perforating for digital prints is not exact and may be off by up to 1/8". If you need a more accurate print we can help you with offset printing options.
  • Do you price match other printer's quotes?
We will do our best to match or beat any printing quote. If we can't beat it, we will let you know up front.
  • Do you offer reseller discounts?
Yes we do! Please contact us for further details.
